Burlesque Chair Dancing for Beginners

This class is suitable for women 18+, of all abilities. This class will boost your confidence, make feel good about yourself regardless of your age, size and dancing ability. Dancing is best in leggings and vest top, with bare feet but please wear whatever makes you comfortable. 

 

Zumba Gold

Every Wednesday, 11.15am-12.00pm.

Zumba Gold offers a wealth of benefits, from improving cardiovascular health, balance, and flexibility to aiding in weight management and muscle toning, all while being incredibly joint-friendly.
Beyond the physical advantages, it’s a fantastic stress reliever that boosts mood and cognitive function.
This vibrant, non-judgmental atmosphere fosters social connections and confidence, making exercise feel like a fun party rather than a chore!

 

 

Tai Chi

Every Thursday, 5.30pm-6.30pm.

Tai Chi is a beneficial practice for both body and mind.

Its gentle, low-impact movements are perfect for improving balance, flexibility, and coordination without straining joints, making it suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

This “meditation in motion” excels at reducing stress and anxiety, enhancing mental clarity and focus, and fostering a deep sense of inner calm.

It’s a non-competitive, welcoming discipline that cultivates mindfulness and can significantly enhance overall well-being.

Yoga

Every Thursday, 7.00pm-8.00pm and every Saturday 3.00pm-4.00pm.

Yoga offers immense benefits for both mind and body. Its slow, low-impact movements are ideal for enhancing flexibility, balance, and gentle strength without straining joints.

Crucially, it’s highly effective at reducing stress and anxiety, fostering mental clarity, and cultivating deep relaxation through mindful breathing. This inclusive and supportive practice ultimately promotes overall well-being and inner peace.

 

Adult’s Karate 

Every Saturday, 1.30pm-2.45pm.

Why not start Karate and reap the significant physical and mental benefits it has to offer!

It provides a great full-body workout, boosting strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health.

Beyond fitness, it cultivates self-discipline, focus, and respect, while teaching practical self-defense and building self-confidence.

The structured learning and supportive community also encourage goal setting, perseverance, and stress relief.
