ICAN 121 support to Quit Smoking, Get Fitter or Eat Better

An event every day that begins at 9:00 am, repeating until 6 August, 2021
Book in for your free 121 session around any of the following:
Healthy Eating – Chantelle will walk you through your personal food diary giving you tips of realistic changes to fit your lifestyle. She will be on hand to help you through your journey.
Quit Smoking – Rebecca or Simone will assess where you are up to and offer a free E-Cigarette to help you quit smoking. They will keep in touch to help you along the way.
Get Fitter – Chantelle will devise a fitness plan tailored to you.
